Eligibility Criteria for Conference Speakers

The International Association for Academic Research (IAAR) invites academicians, researchers, scholars, and industry professionals to participate as speakers in its conferences and academic events. The speaker sessions aim to encourage meaningful academic discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among participants from various institutions and research communities.

Who Is Eligible to Apply

You may apply to become a conference speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional

Possess expertise in a relevant academic or professional field

Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or an equivalent degree

Demonstrate good subject knowledge and effective communication skills

Have interest in presenting research findings, innovative ideas, or professional insights

Prior conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities of Selected Speakers

Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during the assigned session

Present research findings, case studies, or professional insights

Engage with participants during discussion and Q&A sessions

Contribute to the overall academic value of the conference program

Submission and Participation Requirements

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

Submit a short abstract or presentation topic for evaluation

Provide presentation slides and a brief speaker profile within the specified timeline

Ensure that the submitted content is original and academically appropriate

Follow the schedule and presentation guidelines provided by the organizing committee

Attend a technical rehearsal session if the event is conducted virtually
