A1- All papers must be original and should not have been published in any manner before or after the conference.
A2- All Authors and Co-authors must inform their respective Department Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission to IAAR International Conferences.
A3- All Authors and Co-authors should write their correct affiliation inside the paper.
A4- IAAR accepts each paper for the conference after a review by three IAAR Reviewers.
A5- IAAR cannot add, modify, or delete any author’s or co-author’s name inside the paper after registration without the permission of all authors and co-authors present in the paper.
A6- IAAR does not publish unregistered papers.
A7- IAAR is not responsible for identifying the original author or co-author of the paper. The person who submits the paper will be considered the original author.
A8- IAAR may not accept papers submitted after the last date of registration.
A9- If IAAR receives a complaint about the originality of the author and it is found to be true, the paper will be suspended from publication immediately.
A10- IAAR will not republish or distribute any suspended paper from the date of suspension.
A11- IAAR will not publish the author's or co-author's emails online.
A12- IAAR is not responsible for obtaining any kind of visa. IAAR will not contact any embassy on behalf of participants. Obtaining the visa to attend any IAAR conference/meeting in any country is the sole responsibility of the participants.
A13- IAAR may cancel the conference registration and refund the money if the visa application is canceled for any registered participant before the last date of registration.
A14- IAAR does not guarantee any participant while they are on any kind of visa to any country.
B1- All participants must register before attending the conference by paying the specified amount mentioned on the official conference website or as stated by the Organizing Secretary.
B2- All participants must regularly check the official conference page for the latest event updates.
B3- The Organizer may change the venue and date at any time before the conference. If the Organizing Committee decides to change the venue and date of the event, all registered participants will be notified via email and phone.
B4- Participants must not engage in any form of violence inside or outside the venue at any time before or after the event.
B5- Participants must bring their original ID card to the conference. Failure to do so will result in being unable to attend the conference.
B6- Due to a shortage of conference kits, IAAR may not provide the participant kit during the conference. In such cases, IAAR will send the kit via speed post after the event.
B7- Any participant arriving after the reporting time will not be allowed to present at the conference and will not be permitted to participate.
B8- Activists are not allowed to register and attend the conference.
B9- IAAR reserves the right to publish conference images on any platform at any time.
B10- IAAR will not be responsible for any refund of tickets or any monetary loss to participants if the conference is canceled or rescheduled. However, the registration fee will be refunded.
C1- IAAR has all rights to select papers from the conference for publication in international journals.
C2- Publication in Scopus-Indexed/SCI-Indexed or any associated journal: IAAR may submit the paper to any non-IAAR international journals indexed in Scopus or SCI upon the author’s written request. In such cases, the author will bear the entire publication cost (as per the journal's requirements). The review and publication process may take between 3 to 12 months.
C3- Payments made for attending IAAR conferences will not be refunded if the registered paper is not selected for any Scopus or SCI indexed journal or if the author chooses not to publish in any IAAR-associated international journal after the conference.
C4- IAAR may accept papers for publication in IAAR-associated international journals after extending the paper by at least 20%, from the authors.
C5- IAAR requires a minimum of 25 to 60 days to complete the Round-2 review process for IAAR-associated international journals after the conference.
C6- All IAAR-associated international journals are approved by ISSN.
C7- Authors must pay hard copy charges when receiving the journal's printed version.
C8- The editorial board reserves the right to reject any paper for publication in an international journal after the second round of review. If rejected, no registration fee will be refunded.
D1- All research papers submitted for publication will be checked with plagiarism detection software to verify originality. Papers failing to meet the criteria will be sent back for modification.
D2- If plagiarism is detected just before publication, the author will be given a chance to resubmit the paper after making necessary modifications. However, if plagiarism is deemed a major issue, the paper will not be considered further for publication.
D3- If plagiarism or fake identity is detected after publication, the paper will be removed from the website until verification is completed. If a few paragraphs are plagiarized, the author will be given a chance to modify the paper and it will be restored once the editor approves.
D4- If IAAR determines that plagiarism or fake identity seriously violates copyright, the paper will remain removed from publication. The author will be penalized and blacklisted from IAAR and other conference organizers for life. The journal’s website and indexing services will be notified.
D5- Self-plagiarism will be handled the same way as other plagiarism issues, following the above procedure.
E1- IAAR is registered under "Peoples Empowerment Trust" under Section-25, Companies Act, 1956.
E2- IAAR is an independent nonprofit body whose aim is to promote scientific activities in India and abroad.
E3-IAAR operates independently and is not affiliated with any university.
E4- The editorial board members serve in an independent capacity and are not employees of IAAR.
E5- IAAR has the right to cancel registration and withdraw publication if any participants/delegates violate the rules and regulations. Necessary action will be taken immediately.
E6- IAAR reserves the right to publish, withdraw, or modify papers from conference proceedings or journals at any time.
If IAAR cancels an event, participants will receive a full credit of the registration fee paid. This credit can be applied toward any upcoming IAAR event within 12 months of the original event date.
If the event is postponed and a participant is unable to attend on the revised dates, the full registration amount will be credited for participation in a future IAAR event.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 30 to 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once an official invitation letter is issued for visa or institutional purposes, the registration becomes non-refundable.
Non-attendance for personal or professional reasons does not qualify for a refund; however, the paid fee may be credited for future IAAR events.
All participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, visa, and accommodation. IAAR does not provide logistical or financial support for these arrangements.
Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another individual from the same organization upon written request, at no additional cost.
IAAR does not liaise with embassies or consulates. All participants are responsible for securing their own visas and travel documents. IAAR will provide an official invitation letter upon request.
