IAAR Conference Invitation Letter for Visa Application
To assist international participants with their visa applications, IAAR offers an official Invitation Letter confirming the acceptance of your paper submission and your conference registration. Please note that this letter is issued in English and serves as an official document to support your visa application, but it does not guarantee the approval of your visa.
Process for Requesting an Invitation Letter:
The Invitation Letter will be issued once both your conference registration and payment are successfully processed. To request the letter, please provide the following documents to the conference organizing committee via email:
Completed Conference Registration Form
Proof of
Payment
A Passport-Sized
Photo
A Clear Copy of Your Passport (including the personal details page)
Important Information :
Visa Application Process : The Invitation Letter is intended to support your visa application but does not guarantee visa approval. The conference organizing committee does not influence the decisions made by visa authorities.
Visa Processing Time : Visa approval times may vary depending on the individual and embassy procedures. It is strongly recommended to submit your visa application well in advance of the conference date to avoid any delays.
Visa Denial : In the event that your visa is denied, please note that the organizing committee cannot influence the decision of the visa authorities. We will not engage in discussions or provide support regarding the outcome of your visa application.

Fraudulent Invitations : If you receive any suspicious or fraudulent invitations or emails from unauthorized parties, please notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
